Katia D'Artigues Beauregard

CEO of Yo También and Journalist

With more than 30 years of experience, she is a founding member of the newspapers Reforma and Milenio Diario. He also worked at El Financiero, El Universal, MVS, Televisa and TV Azteca. She was Director of Communication at Cemefi. In 2016 she was a constituent deputy of Mexico City, an honorary position for which she was elected to draft the first Constitution of Mexico City. Founder of her own civil association in 2010, “Communication for Inclusion, AC”. In 2019 he co-founded “Me too. Disability with all its letters”, a digital publication where journalism is done on, from and for disability, as well as advocacy and alliances with companies and institutions. Mother of Alan, a young adult with Down syndrome.

María Ferreiro

CEO of Agencia Montalvo

One of the leaders who is redefining creativity and influence in the communication industry in Mexico. With more than 20 years of experience, he has driven the transformation of agencies towards more strategic, integrated and culturally relevant models. He has worked with brands such as Amazon, Heineken, Toyota, Nike and Casa Cuervo, within agencies such as Olabuenaga Chemistri, ANÓNIMO and CIRCUS / Media.Monks.

Recognized as Leading Women Mexico 2025, today Montalvo leads an approach that integrates creativity, culture and influence to build real relevance.

Simon Cohen

Entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Henco Global

With a degree in International Trade from Tecnológico de Monterrey, he completed the President’s Leadership Program at Harvard University. Under his leadership, Henco, a leading Mexican logistics company, has become the most efficient company in the logistics sector. In addition, he is an investor in Shark Tank Mexico, an international speaker and author of the bestseller PLENO.
His unique approach to business and wellbeing has been studied by Harvard Business School (HBS) and London Business School (LBS) as a case study, highlighting the impact of his people-centred leadership model on organisational performance and company culture.

Silke Lubzik

Founder and Executive Director at Cambiando Modelos

Master in business with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world and with a diploma in school inclusion. Founder and president of “Cambiando Modelos”, a project that was born in February 2017 and seeks to build a more inclusive world, becoming an activist for respect and inclusion towards people with disabilities who, like her first son Mathias, seek to adapt to society with full acceptance.

Maricela Hernández

Linkage with the private sector of COPRED

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of Mexico City and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from UNAM. She has training in equality and non-discrimination, as well as in the prevention of discrimination in the workplace.
She is currently responsible for liaison with private entities at COPRED, where she leads the strategy of the Great Agreement for Equal Treatment and the relationship with commercial establishments. She has collaborated in government, academia, and civil society institutions in the defense of human rights, and was nominated for the 2023 National Award for Social and Collective Action.

Ramon Ramirez

Director of PR and Cinépolis Foundation

He has a master’s degree in Administration from La Salle University and executive training in crisis management from the Universidad Iberoamericana and advanced marketing from Stanford University. He has more than 30 years of experience in the film exhibition industry in Mexico, including 18 years as Marketing Director at Cinépolis. He is currently Director of Public Relations and of the Cinépolis Foundation, as well as spokesperson and responsible for the company’s corporate reputation. He is a counselor in CANACINE and in the Morelia International Film Festival, as well as in initiatives such as Éntrale, AMEXCID and CRIT Morelia. She participates in organizations in the cultural and social sector such as the Communication Council and the Conservatory of Roses.

Gerardo Gaya

Founder and Director of Iluminemos por el Autismo

Social entrepreneur, lecturer and consultant in inclusion and accessibility. He is the founder and executive president of Iluminemos por el Autismo, a leading organization in Mexico and Latin America that promotes initiatives to transform the way society, companies and governments understand disability and neurodivergences. In addition, he is CEO of Impactando Generoso, from where he accompanies organizations in the design of accessibility and inclusion strategies, promoting a vision where inclusion translates into decisions with real impact.

Chavi Prieto

Producer and Founder of Vavava Films

Mexican producer and director with a solid track record in film, series and content for streaming platforms. From Vavava Films she has promoted projects with a human and social approach, participating in productions for Disney+, ViX, Tubi and national cinema. His experience combines creative vision, production management and a deep understanding of the audiovisual ecosystem.

Miguel Moguel

Coordinator of CENTRO's Diversity, Equity and Culture of Peace Space

He has a law degree from the Autonomous University of Yucatán, with a master’s degree in Social Philosophy from ITESO; and human rights and democracy (with a mention in political processes and human rights) by FLACSO Mexico. Human rights activist, researcher and academic on issues of gender, diversity, masculinity and men. She currently coordinates the Space for Diversity, Equity and Culture of Peace at CENTRO.

Sergio Díaz Infante "Checo"

General Creative Director of Agencia Montalvo

Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Montalvo, where he leads the development of ideas that connect with culture and generate real impact for brands. With more than 15 years of experience, he has been part of agencies such as Ogilvy, ANÓNIMO and Y&R, focusing on relevant and effective creativity. She has worked on campaigns for brands such as Gandhi, IKEA and Larousse, and has been part of recognized teams at festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, D&AD, Effie and Círculo de Oro, including the first Golden Lion in Film for Mexico. From Montalvo he promotes a vision where creativity is built from culture and real life.

Maryangel García-Ramos

Executive Director of Women Enabled International

Executive Director of Women Enabled International (WEI) and human rights defender with more than 15 years of experience in diversity, inclusion, gender and disability. She has led inclusion strategies in institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey and currently chairs the Council of People with Disabilities of the State of Nuevo León.
She is the founder of Mexicanas con Discapacidad and an international speaker, with a presence in more than 100 organizations. Her work focuses on transforming the narrative of inclusion from lived experience and community leadership.

Quique Galdeano

Founder of Escándala and Director of the creative agency Pink box

Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences from the University of Monterrey. He began his career in radio and television in Monterrey and later joined political and digital communication in the National Digital Strategy, within the Presidency of the Republic during the six-year term of Enrique Peña Nieto. He has established himself as one of the most relevant LGBT+ figures in the media in Mexico and Latin America. He is a founding partner of Pink Box, a production and content agency, and part of Escándala, one of the most influential LGBT+ platforms in the region. He was recognized by Expansión Magazine in the list of 41+1 LGBT Executives in Mexico. He is currently an announcer on Radio Fórmula and producer of Grinder el Musical.

Aida López

Actress

A graduate of the University Theater Center of the UNAM and a graduate in Teaching in the Arts from INBAL, she has a solid career in theater, film and television. She has participated in more than 50 plays, most recently in Emilia, Los Errantes or ese amor… and Comala-Comala, presented at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. On television she has been part of productions such as Cappadocia, Ingobernable, Señorita 89, Los enviados and Carlota for HBO, and is currently participating in a new series for Netflix. In film she has been nominated twice for the Ariel Award and has been recognized for her performances in La Madre, Oasis and Huesera. She also participates in dubbing, giving voice to “La Camaleona” in Kung Fu Panda 4.

Gina Díez Barroso

Founder and President of Diez Holdings, Universidad CENTRO and Dalia

Prominent Mexican businesswoman focused on design, innovation, and education. She is the founder of Grupo Diarq, Diez Company, and CENTRO, the first university in Mexico specialized in Design, Media and Technology, in addition to leading Dalia Empower, a global development platform for women. She participates as a counselor in international organizations and companies such as Banco Santander and the Mexican Stock Exchange. She has been recognized with multiple distinctions, including EY National Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 and Forbes Most Powerful Woman in Mexico 2024. He is currently part of the Advisory Council on Regional Economic Development and Relocation of the Presidency of Mexico.

Karina Ojeda Valle

Partner and GC i+ PARTNERS and Co-founder Mujeres Inversión

Financial lawyer with more than 18 years of experience in the investment and economic development sector in Mexico. She is a co-founding partner and Legal Director of i+ PARTNERS, a structured debt investment fund. Committed to the professional growth of women, she is the founder and Mentor Counselor of Mujeres Invertiendo. She was recently recognized as In-House Legal Counsel of the Year 2026 by the Legal 500.

Montserrat Martínez

CMO of Jaguar Landrover Mexico and LATAM

Brand strategist and chief marketing officer with more than 15 years of experience leading global brands in industries such as luxury, mobility, consumer and lifestyle. He currently leads the marketing and product strategy for Jaguar Land Rover in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, driving a regional transformation focused on modern luxury and brand positioning. Previously, she was Brand VP at Edelman Mexico, leading campaigns for brands such as Spotify, Booking.com and PayPal, and partner at SWS Consulting, developing strategies for companies such as Grupo Bimbo and MetLife. Her vision combines strategy, creativity and culture to build brands with impact and relevance.

Patricia Hevia

Director of Operations Region 9 of Telcel

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac Norte. He has more than 32 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Since 2003 she has served as Director of Operations of Region 9 at Telcel, where she leads the team responsible for the satisfaction and service of more than 20 million customers. She has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Business by Expansión magazine. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Telcel, as well as of the Boards of Grupo Financiero Inbursa, Banco Inbursa and CETELEM. It is also actively involved in inclusion and human development initiatives.

Marcela Velasco

CMO of Telcel de América Móvil and Telcel

One of the most influential executives in telecommunications and marketing in Mexico and Latin America. From his position as corporate CMO of América Móvil and Telcel, he leads the global brand and positioning strategy, and in 2025 he promoted the “Vision MKT 2026” initiative to transform marketing towards new digital environments. Its track record of more than two decades in the industry positions it as a benchmark in innovation, growth and strategic leadership.

Gabriela Bracamontes

Head of Partnerships at Dalia

Holistic guide, facilitator of transformation processes and Speaker. As Director of Strategic Alliances at Dalia, she integrates strategic vision with human well-being to build high-impact cultures through conscious leadership. Their work consists of accompanying leaders and teams by creating spaces where self-knowledge, emotional management and internal reconnection allow for authentic, professional and sustainable transformation.

Daniel Vélez

CEO of Terapify

Founder and CEO of Terapify, an online psychological therapy platform that makes it possible to access quality mental health care services in Latin America. From his own history, marked by bullying and depression in adolescence, he built a company that today connects more than 500 psychologists with thousands of people and works with some of the largest companies in the region. Ricardo Combariza

CHRO of Banco Covalto

Chief People Officer at Covalto Bank, Thought Referent and Top 100 Mentor at Endeavor, as well as Executive Fellow at Woxsen University, India. He has more than 23 years of experience leading teams in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, driving transformation, digitalization and organizational evolution processes. He is a psychologist from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has certifications in change management, innovation and human development. He has led leadership consulting, M&A and cultural transformation projects for global companies. He has held executive positions at Conekta, Mars and Softtek. He currently advises organizations on leadership, organizational change and scalability in different countries.
