We were born out of love and the conviction that we all belong in this world.
Cambiando Modelos was founded in 2017 by Silke Lubzik, with a mission to transform the way people with disabilities are perceived and represented. Our inspiration emerged from a profound desire to create a fairer and more inclusive world, one where her son with Down syndrome, and all people with disabilities, can live with visibility, dignity, and active participation across society.
MISSION
To transform the way society perceives and includes people with disabilities, generating real opportunities through the representation of talent, specialized consulting, inclusive certification and the development of initiatives that promote systemic change and authentic inclusion in productions and companies.
Vision
To consolidate ourselves as the benchmark organization in the inclusion of people with disabilities for the audiovisual and entertainment industry in Mexico and the Spanish-speaking market, making our services recognized as a quality standard for companies, brands and productions that seek to build more inclusive spaces.
What we do
- We promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the advertising, fashion, and media industries in Mexico and Latin America.
- We accompany audiovisual productions from the planning and development of the project to post-production, integrating the inclusion of disability in each stage of the process: script, casting, production, shooting, accessibility and communication.
- We certify productions under international inclusion standards through the Inclusive Production Certificate, thanks to our alliance with Inclusively Made™.
- We represent and promote professional talent with disabilities, promoting authentic representation and generating equal opportunities on and off camera.
- We advise companies and organizations to build more inclusive work cultures through strategies, training, reasonable accommodations and specialized accompaniment.

Our real impact on the inclusion of people with disabilities
Through the collaborative work between our Talent Agency and Workshops, more than 500 people with disabilities are actively participating in projects across film, advertising, fashion, editorial, interviews, events, and productions, both on and off camera.
