The audiovisual industry, advertising and fashion are dynamic and demanding, so it is important to know how this environment works before applying.
Our goal is to find opportunities that fit both the needs of each project and the profile, strengths and support required by each talent.
Before applying, we invite you to consider the following:
- Do you feel comfortable participating in front of the cameras and following instructions from a production team?
- Do you have availability to attend castings, rehearsals or calls, which can sometimes arise at short notice?
- Do you have the possibility to travel when a project requires it?
- Are you comfortable working in dynamic environments, with movement, lighting, cameras and sound?
- If you require reasonable support or adjustments, what are the ones you need to perform at your best? We want to meet them to accompany you properly.
- If you are currently part of another representation agency, it is important that you tell us.
